Poem: Fates That Weave Our Future So

Fates that weave our future so,
It's often out of our hands,
We may fight and may struggle,
But in the end, truth always stands.

Those fates that string our life line,
They show us what is right,
Sometimes through pain or happiness,
Sometimes through force or might.

I have always thought we chose our own paths,
That we make our future what we want to,
Yet part of me is starting to think,
There's power that drives me to you.

Like even when I think I can't stand you,
I still want to be by your side,
No matter what you ever do,
I stay here through life's endless ride.

Or these feelings I have whenever you're near,
Or everytime I see your face,
Or the power I have felt a few times before,
When I have been in your embrace.

And now as I look at you,
So many things I'm longing to do,
Tell me is this the work of the fates?
Or am I falling in love with you?
