Forfeit a kiss to me my love
For it is like the morning dew
or the song of a morning dove
and I'll forfeit a kiss to you.

Surrender your love to me my dear
for it cleanses me as though fire
and is a sweet as a joyful tear
and I'll surrender my love to you.

Give me the rest of your life my love
and I will cherish it as though it were mine
and it will end in an eternity
and I will devote mine to you forever.
